Da der Roboter auf der Lineareinheit verfahrbar ist,\u00a0kann auf mehreren Arbeitsstationen mit demselben Roboter geschwei\u00dft werden. Dies erm\u00f6glicht das parallele R\u00fcsten auf unterschiedlichen, teils selbst entwickelten Manipulatoren und Hubtischen und somit eine Optimierung der Durchlaufzeit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Station 2<\/strong> setzt sich zusammen aus einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen und schwereren Roboter, einem installierten Drehkipptisch und einem Laser. Der Roboter erm\u00f6glicht durch den gr\u00f6\u00dferen Wirkungsbereich auch \u00a0die Bearbeitung von Bauteilen mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Dimensionen. Daf\u00fcr stehen neben dem gekoppelten Drehtisch weitere Spanntische und Manipulatoren zur Verf\u00fcgung, sodass auch der Schichtauftrag von komplexen Geometrien m\u00f6glich ist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Station 3<\/strong> beinhaltet den gr\u00f6\u00dften Roboter. In Kombination mit den Lasern von Station 1 und 2 k\u00f6nnen durch seinen Einsatz gro\u00dfe Bauteile beschichtet werden. NedClad plant die Anschaffung eines dritten Lasers, um die vorhandenen Ressourcen noch besser ausnutzen zu k\u00f6nnen und die Lieferzeiten weiter zu verbessern.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1282 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/DSC_0209_2-300x165.jpg\" alt=\"Ein Blick in die Halle bei NedClad, Hengelo\" width=\"300\" height=\"165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0209_2-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0209_2-768x422.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0209_2.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um eine hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t zu erreichen, sind s\u00e4mtliche Roboter sind so positioniert, dass sie viele Arbeitsstationen erreichen k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0Sollte\u00a0es erforderlich sein, k\u00f6nnen die Roboter auch zum Bauteil gebracht werden oder sogar extern zum mobilen Laserauftragsschwei\u00dfen eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Neben den drei Lasercladstationen\u00a0sind bei\u00a0NedClad eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl\u00a0von Dreh- und\/oder Schwenktischen, Rollenbl\u00f6cken, Hubtischen und eine\u00a0Walze im Einsatz. Aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Bandbreite an Bauteilgeometrien und-dimensionen entwickeln die Techniker\u00a0von NedClad\u00a0laufend neue Aufspannvorrichtungen um den Anforderungen unserer Kunden gerecht zu werden. Auch im Bereich der Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung der Pulverd\u00fcsen steht NedClad nicht still und hat stets das optimale Ergebnis im Blick.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1279 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/DSC_0003_1-113x300.jpg\" alt=\"5-Tonnen-Br\u00fcckenkran\" width=\"113\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0003_1-113x300.jpg 113w, https:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0003_1.jpg 387w, https:\/\/www.nedclad.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0003_1-378x999.jpg 378w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 113px) 100vw, 113px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Um das Handling der Bauteile zu erleichtern verf\u00fcgt NedClad \u00fcber einen 5-Tonnen-Br\u00fcckenkran, der das gezielte Absetzen an den drei Arbeitsstationen erm\u00f6glicht. Dar\u00fcberhinaus steht ein gro\u00dfer Gabelstapler zur Verf\u00fcgung um noch schwerere Teile zu bewegen und um die Lieferungen unserer Kunden auf LKWs ab-und aufzuladen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zum Maschinenpark geh\u00f6rt zudem eine Drehbank, die vorwiegend zur Vorbearbeitung von Proben eingesetzt wird. Dies erm\u00f6glicht eine schnelle Aussagef\u00e4higkeit \u00fcber die Machbarkeit von werkstofftechnischen Anforderungen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die\u00a0mechanische Vor- und Nachbearbeitung der Bauteile nutzt NedClad ein gro\u00dfes Firmennetzwerk in den Niederlanden und in Deutschland.
